Quality Hinges Acquires S&S Hinge

Allegion Acquires UAP Group Limited

UAP — which holds nearly 200 patents, trademarks and registered designs — will report into Allegion's International segment and UAP CEO David Jennings will join Allegion; terms were not disclosed. The sale represents an exit for private equity owner Maven (including its Buyout Fund and Maven Investor Partners).
