Endries International, a leading distributor of industrial fasteners and Class-C components, has acquired ServTronics, a distributor of fasteners and electro-mechanical hardware based in Winter Park, Florida. The acquisition strengthens Endries' capabilities and product synergies in high-reliability end markets including aerospace, defense, and medical equipment, and brings ServTronics' inventory management solutions and OEM customer relationships into the Endries platform.
