The tender offer was completed at $47.00 per share, resulting in Servotronics becoming an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of TransDigm; Servotronics is a New York–based designer and manufacturer of servo controls and related aerospace components (≈275 employees, ~$45M revenue FY2024).
