DroneDeploy has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire StructionSite, combining DroneDeploy's aerial reality-capture platform with StructionSite's ground and interior capture capabilities to create a unified reality-capture solution for construction, energy and infrastructure customers. The acquisition is intended to accelerate product roadmaps, simplify capture workflows (aerial + ground + interior) and accelerate automation for large contractors and enterprise customers.
