BuildCentrix will continue to operate under its existing name and leadership while leveraging Cordance's resources to accelerate product and go-to-market growth.

Scaleworks Acquires Centage Corporation

Scaleworks, a B2B SaaS-focused venture equity firm, has acquired Centage Corporation, a provider of cloud FP&A software (Planning Maestro) for small and midsize finance teams. Peter Messana was named Centage CEO, replacing John Murdock; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

DroneDeploy Acquires StructionSite to Unite Aerial and Ground Reality Capture
