Oakley Capital and Eurazeo to acquire I-TRACING

Oakley Capital Fund V has been granted exclusivity to acquire a co-controlling stake in French managed security services provider I-TRACING alongside Eurazeo, with Sagard NewGen reinvesting as a minority investor. CVC Credit is providing debt financing to support the transaction; the deal is subject to employee consultation and regulatory approvals. I-TRACING, founded in Paris in 2005, employs ~700 cybersecurity experts across multiple countries and will use the investment to pursue organic growth, M&A and hiring.

Tomra Systems Acquires 80% Stake in C-Trace GmbH

Norway-based Tomra Systems ASA has acquired an 80% stake in Germany-based digital waste management solutions provider C-Trace GmbH, with an option to purchase the remaining 20% from the founders after two years. The acquisition expands Tomra's digitalization capabilities across the recycling value chain and aims to accelerate C-Trace's international growth using Tomra's global footprint; C-Trace employs about 120 people and generates roughly 80% of its sales in Germany.

Fexa Acquires Trakref to Add Refrigerant Tracking and Compliance

Fexa, a Mullica Hill, New Jersey-based facilities management enterprise SaaS provider, has acquired Trakref, a Nashville-based refrigerant tracking and management software company. The acquisition expands Fexa's CMMS platform capabilities to address refrigerant compliance, ESG reporting and sustainability requirements for multi-site facility operators.
