The add-on expands Hire Dynamics' branch footprint and allows Trace to leverage Hire Dynamics' recruiting technology, training and brand to accelerate growth across South Georgia, coastal South Carolina, Virginia and northern Florida.

Paylocity Acquires VidGrid

The acquisition (terms undisclosed, reported to be in the hundreds of millions) will integrate HiredScore's responsible AI recruiting and internal mobility capabilities into Workday's talent management and Skills Cloud offerings to enhance recruiting, screening, and internal mobility for customers.

Symphony Technology Group Acquires Trace One from Hg

Symphony Technology Group (STG), a Palo Alto-based private equity firm, has acquired Trace One, a Paris-based SaaS platform for the retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, from Hg. The deal (terms undisclosed) positions STG to accelerate Trace One’s organic growth and explore strategic acquisitions to expand its product and geographic footprint in the Retail/CPG software market.
