Paylocity has acquired Trace, a San Francisco–based headcount planning startup, and will integrate Trace’s team of seven into its HCM platform. Financial terms were not disclosed; Paylocity said the acquisition extends its product capabilities to include real-time headcount planning and workforce spend management.

STS Aviation Group Acquires Airbase Services, Inc.

STS Aviation Group acquired Airbase Services, Inc., an aircraft interiors maintenance, repair and management specialist based in Montreal, Quebec. The acquisition gives STS immediate entry into the Canadian MRO market through Airbase’s four Transport Canada–approved facilities (YUL, YYZ, YWG, YVR); terms were not disclosed and Airbase’s acting president Lena Watters will remain on as President.

Digits Acquires Basis Finance
