Unica Acquires Pranger-Rosier Group

Unica, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has signed an agreement to acquire the Frisian Pranger-Rosier Group, the largest independent installation company in the Northern Netherlands. The deal expands Unica's regional presence in Friesland and the Northern Netherlands, adding approximately €55 million in revenue and ~250 employees to Unica's Building Services cluster.

The acquisition — an add-on to Unica’s industry solutions offering — will strengthen Unica’s automation software capabilities and service offering for industrial customers; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to regulatory approval.
