Unica, a Triton-backed Dutch technical services group, has signed an agreement to acquire Brainpact, an industrial automation software and engineering specialist founded in 1995. The acquisition — an add-on to Unica’s industry solutions offering — will strengthen Unica’s automation software capabilities and service offering for industrial customers; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to regulatory approval.

Unica Acquires Regional Installation Company Synto

Unica, a Triton-backed technical service provider, has acquired Synto, a regional installation company based in Goes (Zeeland), to strengthen its Building Services footprint in the province. Synto — which specializes in project realization, technical management and maintenance of building-related installations (including fire protection and security) and has more than 50 employees — will continue to operate autonomously from its Goes office under existing management.

BizGro Partners Acquires Unico Supply, Inc.

BizGro Partners has acquired Unico Supply, Inc., a Houston-based provider of building materials, in a transaction that closed on March 24, 2025. Generational Group advised Unico Supply on the partnership; BizGro will operate Unico as part of its portfolio of small- to mid-sized B2B companies, expanding its presence in building products and wholesale distribution.

Unica Acquires PCT Koudetechniek

Unica Acquires Pranger-Rosier Group

Unica, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has signed an agreement to acquire the Frisian Pranger-Rosier Group, the largest independent installation company in the Northern Netherlands. The deal expands Unica's regional presence in Friesland and the Northern Netherlands, adding approximately €55 million in revenue and ~250 employees to Unica's Building Services cluster.

Unica (Triton Fund IV) Acquires Boele Fire Protection

Unica, a Triton Fund IV company, has acquired Boele Fire Protection, a Dutch specialist in water supply and sprinkler pump sets, strengthening Unica's Unica Fire Safety capabilities. Boele, a family business based in Ede with more than 25 employees, will expand Unica's fire protection product and service offering; the purchase price was not disclosed.
