Perrys will join IBMG's RGB division to extend the group's presence in Plymouth and the South Hams; founder Mark Periton will remain with the business to support the transition and growth.

The combined business (trading at group level as IBMG) comprises 123 branches, revenues in excess of £500 million and more than 1,700 employees, creating a platform for further growth, new market entry and M&A.
