Yoshi Mobility, a tech-enabled mobile car care platform, has acquired Mobile Auto Concepts Inc. (MACi), a San Francisco-based full-suite mobile automotive services provider. The acquisition will integrate MACi's tire, preventative maintenance, eco-friendly wash, and fleet services into Yoshi's offerings to accelerate service expansion for fleet and enterprise customers across the West Coast.

The sold businesses represent approximately €1 billion in fleet assets (about 50,000 vehicles) and ~250 employees; Hg will retain and build out the remaining Athletic Sport Sponsoring division as a standalone business.

The deal expands VMS's geographic footprint and combines TEGSCO's technology and municipal auto-pound expertise with VMS's nationwide resources to enhance outsourced vehicle storage and related services for municipalities, law enforcement and transportation agencies.

Alliance RV Acquires Midwest Automotive Designs from Terex/REV Group
