RV Retailer, LLC (RVR) has acquired three dealership locations — Mid-State RV (Byron, Georgia), Adventure RV (Cheyenne, Wyoming) and The RV Center (Fort Wayne, Indiana) — expanding its network to 58 stores across 17 states. The additions increase RVR's sales and service footprint and add more than 100 associates across the three locations to the company’s operations.

Alta Equipment Group Inc. agreed to acquire Midwest Mine Services LLC to expand its engineering and design capabilities within its construction business segment and broaden its aggregate-processing solutions across Alta's branch network. Midwest Mine Services, headquartered near Toledo (Northwood), Ohio, generated approximately $17 million in revenue and $1.3 million of adjusted EBITDA for the trailing twelve months ended July 2021; terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close in Q4 2021.

Alliance Fleet Acquires Vital Truck & Van

Terex Completes Merger With REV Group

The add-on expands Celebrity's fleet to over 120 vehicles, with BandWagon's management (including Founder Marvin Clarke and President Jeremy Clarke) remaining with the integrated company and marks Celebrity's third add-on since Allied's investment in early 2024.
