Allied Industrial Partners has made a strategic growth investment in Celebrity Coaches, a Nashville-area provider of luxury motorcoach design, fabrication and leasing for the live events and entertainment sector. Founder Jeff Michael and key management will remain owners as Allied provides capital to scale operations, expand service offerings and build a platform focused on entertainment infrastructure services.

Cortina Partners acquired a majority stake in Blacksford RV Rentals on May 1, 2023, and has since helped drive rapid growth: Blacksford's revenue more than tripled to $1.43 million (May 2023–March 2024) and its RV fleet nearly doubled to about 60 rigs. The company, headquartered in Bozeman, Montana with offices in Las Vegas (and a planned Phoenix location), has expanded distribution via a partnership with RVshare and is rolling out additional markets.

Celebrity Coaches Acquires Moonstruck Leasing

Celebrity Coaches, a national provider of luxury motorcoach leasing backed by Allied Industrial Partners, has acquired Moonstruck Leasing, a Nashville-based entertainment coach leasing company. The bolt-on adds multiple luxury Prevost motorcoaches to Celebrity's fleet, expanding capacity and clientele; financial terms were not disclosed. Moonstruck founder Josh Trivett will join Celebrity as General Manager and lead business development.

Alliance RV Acquires Midwest Automotive Designs from Terex/REV Group

Hudson Pacific Properties acquired Star Waggons and Zio Studio Services for a combined $222 million, folding both production-transportation and equipment-rental businesses into its Sunset Studios platform. The acquisitions add more than 1,100 trailers and specialized vehicles to Hudson Pacific's offerings, expanding production services revenue, client experience at Sunset Studios and the company’s footprint for on-location filming.

Camping World Acquires Van Boxtel RV

Camping World Holdings, Inc. has agreed to acquire Van Boxtel RV in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with the transaction expected to close in the third quarter of 2023. The deal will increase Camping World's Wisconsin locations to seven and adds sales, over 30 service bays, a collision center, seasonal rentals and a parts and accessories store at the Green Bay site.
