Vitruvian Partners, a European private equity firm, acquired a majority stake in AnyVan Group — an online marketplace for removals and freight transportation — with Mayer Brown advising Vitruvian. The investment (reported at approximately £125 million) provides growth capital to support AnyVan’s expansion into the business-to-business market and further develop its logistics marketplace platform.

The deal is an add-on to VTG (which is PE-backed by A&M Capital Partners) and is intended to bolster VTG’s presence with U.S. Air Force programs and the Intelligence Community.
