Axxiom Elevator, a South Florida-based elevator and escalator services provider backed by Gauge Capital, has completed the acquisition of Evolution Elevator & Escalator Corp., a Staten Island, New York-based service firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale. Evolution founder Lou James and the company's mechanics will remain in place as Axxiom integrates the business to expand its geographic footprint and service capabilities in New York and New Jersey.

Deltron Group (LDC-backed) Acquires Abacus Elevators, Total Lift Care and Bourne Lifts

LDC-backed Deltron Group, a West Midlands–headquartered lift maintenance and repair specialist, has acquired three UK-based lift service businesses: Abacus Elevators (Liverpool), Total Lift Care (Lancashire) and Bourne Lifts (Dorset). The add-on deals expand Deltron's servicing capabilities and geographic reach, adding more than 770 customers and increasing unit density as the business grows under LDC's backing.
