Axxiom Elevator, a South Florida-based elevator and escalator services provider backed by Gauge Capital, has completed the acquisition of Evolution Elevator & Escalator Corp., a Staten Island, New York-based service firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale. Evolution founder Lou James and the company's mechanics will remain in place as Axxiom integrates the business to expand its geographic footprint and service capabilities in New York and New Jersey.

Maven Group advised Mid‑America; terms were not disclosed. The transaction brings Mid‑America into AEG’s national platform to expand capabilities, access advanced technologies and accelerate growth in Indiana while preserving local leadership and the Mid‑America brand.

Ecotex Healthcare Linen Service Acquires Ameritex Services
