Ecotex Healthcare Linen Service Corporation has acquired Ameritex Services, an Omaha-based healthcare laundry and linen provider owned by Mark and Brad Goldstrom. The acquisition expands Ecotex's regional footprint and capacity in the Midwest and will fund a multimillion-dollar plan to modernize and expand Ameritex's Omaha laundry plant.
