Westbridge Capital Ltd. has closed the acquisition of Intimo Industry, a Vernon, California-based seamless knitwear and compression apparel manufacturer. Intimo will become a subsidiary of Seam Seal International (a Westbridge portfolio company), enabling product-line diversification, near-shore manufacturing capacity, and cross-selling into existing retail channels.

Brodie Generational Capital Partners Acquires Sur-Seal from Heartwood Partners

Brodie Generational Capital Partners (BGCP), a single-family office, has acquired Sur-Seal, LLC from Heartwood Partners III, LP. Sur-Seal—an advanced materials converting and engineered solutions manufacturer serving EV/automotive, HVAC, medical and industrial markets—will remain led by CEO Pete Futia and the existing management team; transaction terms were not disclosed.

Westbridge Capital Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Berg Industrial Service, Inc., a 50-year-old, second-generation family business headquartered in Ontario that designs, installs and services industrial chilling systems and operates an associated engineering and fabrication business. The transaction includes a 10% equity participation by the Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust. Management continuity was announced with Mark Edwards continuing as CEO, Rebecca Carothers joining as COO, and Michael Turner joining the board.

Founder Michael Ringelsten will remain as a shareholder and director, and Steve Fitzgerald has been appointed CEO; Westbridge says it will provide financial and operational support to accelerate growth and diversify its portfolio.

Sur-Seal Acquires Ameritape

Sur-Seal, a Heartwood Partners–backed manufacturer of engineered sealing solutions, has acquired Ameritape, a Florida-based converter specializing in custom die cutting, slitting, laminating and CNC cutting. The add-on expands Sur-Seal’s manufacturing and materials-conversion capabilities and broadens its end-market exposure in aerospace, medical and renewable energy.
