Westbridge Capital Acquires Seam Seal International

Westbridge Capital Ltd. has closed the acquisition of Seam Seal International, a U.S.-based manufacturer of high-performance seam sealing tapes and adhesive films. Westbridge plans to accelerate growth by expanding retail channels and international markets, installing Ryan Fisher as CEO while retaining founding members Chris Wright and Chris Resha in the continuing management team.

Salt Creek Capital has acquired Eight One Int'l d/b/a Carrie Amber Intimates, a designer, manufacturer and wholesaler of women’s intimate apparel headquartered in El Monte, California. The private equity firm will partner with CEO Vinh Luong and existing management to accelerate growth initiatives and expand the company’s market presence in the off-price and broader women's intimates channel; Caryn Lerner and Greg Shugar have joined the board as operating advisors.

Abenex-backed Origin Seal Acquires Interseal

Origin Seal, a portfolio company of private equity firm Abenex, has acquired Interseal, a French specialist in industrial sealing solutions founded in 1991. The deal — an add-on to Origin Seal — brings Interseal's ~€8m revenue and technical maintenance capabilities into the group to consolidate market position in France and support further European expansion.

Westbridge Capital Acquires Berg Industrial Service, Inc.

Westbridge Capital Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Berg Industrial Service, Inc., a 50-year-old, second-generation family business headquartered in Ontario that designs, installs and services industrial chilling systems and operates an associated engineering and fabrication business. The transaction includes a 10% equity participation by the Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust. Management continuity was announced with Mark Edwards continuing as CEO, Rebecca Carothers joining as COO, and Michael Turner joining the board.

Vance Street Capital Acquires Stake in System Seals
