Singer Equities, a wholly owned subsidiary of SBP Holdings (now Singer Industrial), has acquired OB&E Rubber Company, a Jeffersonville, Indiana provider of heavy‑duty conveyor belt accessories and field services. Financial terms were not disclosed; OB&E's owners Nathan and Joe Endris will remain in management and the deal expands Singer's North American footprint in the industrial distribution and service market.

Marco Rubber & Plastics Acquires Anchor Rubber Products

Marco Rubber & Plastics, the Align Capital Partners-backed specialty seals platform, has acquired Anchor Rubber Products, a Newington, Connecticut-based maker of O-rings, gaskets and other specialty rubber products. The add-on expands Marco's custom gasket and O-ring offering, integrates Anchor's products into Marco's proprietary supply platform, and strengthens the combined company's presence across North America.

River Associates Acquires The Rubber Group (Humphrey's Industrial Products)

River Associates Investments, LP acquired Humphrey's Industrial Products, Inc. (d/b/a The Rubber Group) in a transaction that closed on July 15, 2022. The Rochester, New Hampshire-based manufacturer of custom compression and injection-molded rubber products will be backed by River to pursue growth and add-on acquisitions; financing was provided by Bell Capital Finance (a division of Bell Bank).

Great Lakes Rubber & Supply Acquires Reliant Rubber Company

Belt Power LLC Acquires Rubber Service Corp.

The acquisition expands Belt Power's footprint into the Denver metropolitan area and Mountain West markets; Rubber Service owner Lou Siemer will continue to lead the new Belt Power branch.
