Netrics Acquires Majority Stake in GARAIO AG

The add-on strengthens Netrics' capabilities in digitalization, modern workplace, cloud services and AI, and brings GARAIO's ~70 experts and sites in Bern, Zurich (Switzerland) and Sofia (Bulgaria) into the platform.

Bluewave Technology Group has acquired iSymplify, a St. Louis–based cloud and telecom advisory agency, expanding Bluewave’s technology advisory and lifecycle management capabilities and presence in the greater St. Louis area. The deal is part of Bluewave’s ongoing roll-up strategy (its sixth acquisition in 12 months) and is supported by a partnership with Columbia Capital to build a national technology advisory services platform. The deal brings Ricoh's ITS team and customer base into Netrix's cybersecurity and digital transformation platform and is intended to increase scale, technical specialization, and investment in product and talent.
