The acquisition is positioned as a buy-and-build platform to drive regional growth in institutional catering; shareholders Kirsten and Stefan Brauer will exit as part of a succession solution while management (Keyan and Ramin Forouhideh) remain involved.

BPG Building Partners Group GmbH, a subsidiary of AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA, acquired the business operations of GSB Gerüstbau Bobenheim-Roxheim GmbH. The scaffolding and scaffolding rental company (c. EUR 8 million sales, ~50 employees) will be integrated as an independent subsidiary to expand BPG Group's market coverage in the Rhein-Neckar and Rhein-Main regions as part of AURELIUS's add-on growth strategy.

Adelis Equity Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Bruhn NewTech

Adelis Equity Partners (via Adelis Equity Partners Fund III AB) has acquired a majority stake in Danish CBRN knowledge-management software provider Bruhn NewTech, with the deal closing on June 28. The investment is the first step in Adelis’ plan to build a European defense-focused technology group and will support Bruhn NewTech’s global growth and product development.
