AddSecure, a Europe-focused provider of secure data and critical communications, has acquired Dualtech IT AB, a Swedish supplier of secure IP-based alarm communication terminals and services. The deal strengthens AddSecure's Smart Alarms portfolio, capabilities and market coverage across Europe ahead of regulatory and network changes.
