MSA Safety Acquires Bacharach, Inc. from FFL Partners for $337M

MSA Safety Incorporated agreed to acquire Bacharach, Inc. from private equity firm FFL Partners for $337 million. The purchase adds Bacharach's gas and refrigerant leak detection and analysis instrumentation to MSA's gas detection portfolio, expanding MSA's addressable markets and product capabilities; Bacharach has roughly $70 million in annual revenue and about 200 employees across the U.S., Canada and Ireland.
