Rosewood Private Investments Acquires Living Ecology

Rosewood Private Investments (RPI) has acquired Living Ecology, a developer, formulator, and manufacturer of functional foods and nutritional supplements headquartered in Henderson, Nevada. Living Ecology — which operates manufacturing facilities in Corona, California and an allergen-free facility in Henderson — will become an affiliate of RPI-owned Innovations in Nutrition + Wellness (INW), expanding RPI/INW’s capabilities into fruit and nutritional bars sold to retailers such as Costco, Whole Foods and Starbucks.

WELL Health Acquires INLIV to Expand Omni-Channel Executive Health Network into Alberta

INLIV generated approximately CAD 7.3M in revenue for the 12 months ended April 30, 2022, has more than 50 staff and derives over 85% of revenue from recurring membership fees; the transaction consideration includes CAD 1,609,195 at closing plus a CAD 240,375 holdback and is expected to close in Q3 2022.
