WELL Health Technologies Corp. has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire the assets of INLIV Inc., a Calgary-based provider of primary care, preventative and corporate/executive health services. INLIV generated approximately CAD 7.3M in revenue for the 12 months ended April 30, 2022, has more than 50 staff and derives over 85% of revenue from recurring membership fees; the transaction consideration includes CAD 1,609,195 at closing plus a CAD 240,375 holdback and is expected to close in Q3 2022.
