WELL Health Technologies Corp. has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of Indivica Inc. for approximately CAD 6.2 million in cash, shares and a time‑based cash earn‑out. Indivica is a Toronto‑based provider of fully hosted OSCAR EMR software and services serving 390 clinics and over 2,000 physicians in Ontario; the deal expands WELL's EMR footprint to roughly 1,900 clinics and 10,000 physicians across Canada.
