MyHealth operates 48 locations across Ontario (with ~75% of consultations via telehealth) and is expected to generate proforma revenues of approximately C$100M with ~20% EBITDA margins in 2021.

WELL Health Technologies Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of Aware MD Inc., the owner of Cerebrum, a cardiology‑focused outpatient EMR, for approximately CAD 4.5 million plus an earn-out of up to CAD 3.5 million. The acquisition adds a specialty EMR with strong adoption among Ontario cardiologists to WELL's EMR business unit and is intended to expand Cerebrum's use across Canada and integrate it with WELL's MyHealth and practitioner enablement platform.

WELL Health Acquires Jack Nathan Medical Corp.'s Canadian Clinical Assets
