East West Manufacturing, LLC has acquired Varitron, Inc., a Montreal-based electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider operating four facilities in the Quebec region. The add-on strengthens East West's nearshore capabilities in Canada, expands its rapid prototyping and R&D capacity, and broadens its end-market exposure in medical, industrial and telecommunications sectors.

East West Manufacturing Acquires Eastprint Incorporated

East West Manufacturing, an integrated design, engineering and electronics manufacturing services provider based in Atlanta, has acquired Eastprint Incorporated, a North Andover, Massachusetts printed-electronics and HMI specialist. The acquisition expands East West’s capabilities in printed electronics, membrane switches, IML/IMD overlays, biosensors and wearables and strengthens its presence in Massachusetts and Mexico; terms were not disclosed.

Foxtronics EMS (Foxhole Group) Acquires Accutron

The add-on expands Foxtronics EMS's capabilities and footprint in life sciences, aerospace & defense, and other advanced end-markets, adding in-house design, injection molding, full box-build and CNC machining expertise.
