East West Manufacturing, an Atlanta-based electronics design and contract manufacturing partner, has acquired Boston-based Adcotron EMS, a specialized electronics manufacturing services provider. The add-on expands East West's domestic EMS capabilities and establishes a Northeast U.S. presence to support higher-mix, low-to-medium volume production and new product introduction for medical, robotics, telecommunications and other end markets.

Abracon Acquires Fox Electronics

Abracon LLC has acquired Fox Electronics, a Fort Myers, Florida-based supplier of frequency control products, as an add-on to the Abracon platform. The deal was executed while Abracon is majority-owned by The Riverside Company and expands Abracon’s timing and frequency product portfolio, sales channels and inventory to better serve automotive, telecom, IoT and medical end markets.

The transaction combines EPTAC and Blackfox to form one of the largest IPC training and certification providers in the U.S., expanding in-person and online training capabilities and geographic reach.

Foxhole Group / CCK Automations Acquires OSDA and Argo EMS

Foxhole Group, via its CCK Automations platform, acquired two Connecticut-based PCB assembly businesses — OSDA (Milford, CT) and Argo EMS (Clinton, CT) — to add quick-turn prototype and low-volume/high-mix (LVHM) capabilities. The deals expand CCK's East Coast footprint, broaden end-market exposure (medical, aerospace & defense, robotics, semiconductor) and bring ITAR, AS9100 and UL certifications to the combined platform.
