Salt Creek Capital’s portfolio company, Electronics Manufacturing Training Holding (owner of EPTAC), has acquired Blackfox Training Institute. The transaction combines EPTAC and Blackfox to form one of the largest IPC training and certification providers in the U.S., expanding in-person and online training capabilities and geographic reach.
