The Silverfern Group partnered with Australian private equity firm Next Capital to acquire Eptec, an Australian specialist engineering contractor focused on asset preservation and maintenance for marine, transport and infrastructure assets. The investment positions the buyers to expand capabilities in corrosion protection, concrete rehabilitation and other life-extension services for defense and critical infrastructure clients in Australia.
