The investment positions the buyers to pursue development projects and potential add-on acquisitions across Tidewater’s operations on the Columbia and Snake River system.

One Equity Partners (OEP) acquired American Medical Technologies (AMT), a national provider of advanced wound care, ostomy, urology and tracheostomy supplies and services, with investment partnership from The Silverfern Group. AMT, headquartered in Irvine, California, serves more than 6,250 post-acute care facilities, manages treatment of over 250,000 wounds annually, and will pursue care-setting expansion and accelerated growth under OEP ownership.

Iptor Acquires TimberTec

Stockholm-based Iptor acquired German TimberTec, a provider of ERP and MES software for the timber industry, in a deal that closed in February 2022. The acquisition is an add-on in Iptor's buy-and-build strategy (backed by funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital) and aims to expand Iptor’s sector capabilities and geographic reach across Europe and into the US.
