American Medical Technologies (AMT) Acquires RestorixHealth with Follow-on Investment from The Silverfern Group

American Medical Technologies (AMT), a PE-backed provider of post-acute wound care, acquired RestorixHealth — an operator of 236 outpatient wound centers and in-home DME/physician services — to create a national wound-care platform. The Silverfern Group made a follow-on investment into AMT to fund the acquisition; AMT is a portfolio company of One Equity Partners and Silverfern. Financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close in Q2 2021.

One Equity Partners Completes Investment in React Health

OEP said the investment will support React Health’s growth and innovation to expand access to diagnosis and treatment for sleep-disordered breathing and chronic respiratory conditions in out-of-hospital care settings.
