American Medical Technologies (AMT), a PE-backed provider of post-acute wound care, acquired RestorixHealth — an operator of 236 outpatient wound centers and in-home DME/physician services — to create a national wound-care platform. The Silverfern Group made a follow-on investment into AMT to fund the acquisition; AMT is a portfolio company of One Equity Partners and Silverfern. Financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close in Q2 2021.

The deal includes the Neox and Clarix product lines, a nationwide commercial sales organization and assigned GPO contracts, expanding BioStem's access into hospital inpatient and outpatient wound-care markets and adding assets that generated roughly $29 million in 2025.
