Repairify, Inc. d/b/a asTech, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, acquired Mobile Tech RX, a SaaS provider of automotive reconditioning and collision workflow software used by over 4,000 businesses and ~6,000 technicians. The deal is asTech’s twelfth add-on under Kinderhook and expands Repairify/asTech’s product capabilities and technician marketplace; financing was provided by Ares Capital Corporation and Capital One.
