The acquisition (an add-on to Keyloop's PE-backed platform) will combine ATG's Fusion omnichannel platform and data capabilities with Keyloop's global automotive technology portfolio to accelerate integrated omnichannel retailing for dealers, OEMs, financiers and fleet suppliers.
