Keyloop has acquired RAPID RTC (Winnipeg) and enquiryMAX (Leeds), adding lead aggregation, lead response, enquiry management and showroom applications to its automotive retail technology portfolio. The deals — announced shortly after Keyloop was acquired by Francisco Partners — expand Keyloop's sales and marketing capabilities and deepen its integrations with dealers and OEMs.

Francisco Partners Acquires CDK Global International (Rebrands as Keyloop)

Francisco Partners has completed the acquisition of CDK Global International from CDK Global for $1.45 billion and established the business as an independent company named Keyloop. The transaction creates a standalone, UK-headquartered automotive retail software platform serving dealers and OEMs across EMEA and Asia, and Francisco Partners intends to accelerate product development and pursue growth and add-on acquisitions.

Repairify Acquires Automotive Training Group (ATG)

Repairify, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, has acquired Automotive Training Group (ATG), a provider of live and virtual technical training for automotive professionals. The deal is Repairify's fifteenth add-on acquisition (financial terms were not disclosed) and aims to expand Repairify's training and development capabilities for its network of technicians.

Automotive Keys Group (AKG), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, acquired International Key Supply (IKS), a Farmingdale, New York-based provider of automotive keys, remotes, programming tools and related accessories. IKS founder Sean McAuliffe will join the AKG leadership team; the deal was financed by a syndicate led by Ares and Regions Bank and was advised by Kirkland & Ellis (legal) and Conlin & Co. (financial).

Blackstone Energy Transition Partners Acquires Alliance Technical Group

Funds affiliated with Blackstone Energy Transition Partners and other Blackstone funds have acquired Alliance Technical Group (ATG), a Decatur, Alabama–based provider of environmental testing, monitoring and compliance services. ATG operates more than 60 offices and labs across the U.S. and Canada with over 2,200 employees; terms were not disclosed.
