FOX Innovation & Technologies Acquires Sirio Solutions Engineering (SSE)

FOX Innovation & Technologies (FOX), a Bluewater‑backed provider of high‑speed rotating equipment services, has acquired Sirio Solutions Engineering (SSE), an Italian engineering and field‑services specialist based in Prato. The deal adds SSE’s turbomachinery control systems, systems‑engineering and international field service footprint to FOX’s platform to expand capabilities and accelerate servicing of global energy and industrial clients. Transaction terms were not disclosed.

The deal will merge Fox Brothers with J A Jackson, retain Paul Fox as CEO, bring industry veterans Mark Joel and Andy Swinnerton into senior roles, and aims to expand and vertically integrate the business into a circular-economy construction materials platform.

Fortress Investment Group Acquires TH Holdings (Texas Hydraulics, Hydromotion, Oilgear)

Funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group have acquired a majority equity stake in TH Holdings, the parent of Texas Hydraulics, Hydromotion, and Oilgear; TH Holdings' management retains a minority stake. Wynnchurch Capital exited the investment; Fortress said it will deploy additional capital to invest in operations, product innovation and expand the group's presence across mobile, industrial and energy end markets.

ArmorWorks Enterprises Acquires Fox Valley Metal-Tech

ArmorWorks Enterprises, a portfolio company of Littlejohn Capital, has acquired Fox Valley Metal-Tech, a Green Bay-based provider of precision metal fabrications for naval and defense applications. The deal expands ArmorWorks' Department of Defense capabilities into high-priority U.S. Navy programs and adds Fox Valley's 185,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and precision welding, machining, and finishing capabilities.
