Foxhole Group, via its Foxtronics EMS platform, has acquired Accutron Inc., an established contract manufacturer of printed circuit board assemblies. The add-on expands Foxtronics EMS's capabilities and footprint in life sciences, aerospace & defense, and other advanced end-markets, adding in-house design, injection molding, full box-build and CNC machining expertise.

The add-on expands East West's domestic EMS capabilities and establishes a Northeast U.S. presence to support higher-mix, low-to-medium volume production and new product introduction for medical, robotics, telecommunications and other end markets.

Reichmann Segal Acquires OES Inc.

Reichmann Segal Capital Partners has acquired OES Inc. from Ardenton Capital Corporation in a move to expand its sports infrastructure platform and invest in electronic manufacturing services (EMS) and custom technologies. The deal will integrate OES' LED video scoreboards, EMS capabilities and scoring/timing software with Reichmann Segal's existing portfolio company Athletica, with OES CEO Jeff Stewart remaining in place; terms were not disclosed.

The merger expands DCAK-MSA’s capabilities, geographic reach across the Northeast, and adds CHK’s expertise in workplace design and aerospace-sector projects while integrating CHK into DCAK-MSA’s construction management division, Workshop SAS.
