Foxhole Group, via its CCK Automations platform, acquired two Connecticut-based PCB assembly businesses — OSDA (Milford, CT) and Argo EMS (Clinton, CT) — to add quick-turn prototype and low-volume/high-mix (LVHM) capabilities. The deals expand CCK's East Coast footprint, broaden end-market exposure (medical, aerospace & defense, robotics, semiconductor) and bring ITAR, AS9100 and UL certifications to the combined platform.
