Reichmann Segal Acquires OES Inc.

Reichmann Segal Capital Partners has acquired OES Inc. from Ardenton Capital Corporation in a move to expand its sports infrastructure platform and invest in electronic manufacturing services (EMS) and custom technologies. The deal will integrate OES' LED video scoreboards, EMS capabilities and scoring/timing software with Reichmann Segal's existing portfolio company Athletica, with OES CEO Jeff Stewart remaining in place; terms were not disclosed.

(Nasdaq: FBYD) has acquired Oceaneering Entertainment Systems (OES), a division of Oceaneering International, purchasing OES's patented technologies, proprietary engineering and manufacturing processes and assuming the lease for a 106,000+ sq. ft. facility. Falcon's has hired key OES personnel, obtained an option to purchase certain inventory, and expects the deal to expand Falcon's capabilities and accelerate growth of its Attractions division.
