Online Education Services (OES) has acquired a majority stake in Construct, a provider of online learning design and course production. The deal makes Construct a majority-owned subsidiary of OES and aims to broaden service capabilities and expand OES's presence in the US, UK and South Africa while enhancing learning design, analytics and global client support.
