Falcon's Beyond Acquires Oceaneering Entertainment Systems (OES)

Falcon's Beyond Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: FBYD) has acquired Oceaneering Entertainment Systems (OES), a division of Oceaneering International, purchasing OES's patented technologies, proprietary engineering and manufacturing processes and assuming the lease for a 106,000+ sq. ft. facility. Falcon's has hired key OES personnel, obtained an option to purchase certain inventory, and expects the deal to expand Falcon's capabilities and accelerate growth of its Attractions division.
