Wrench Group announced that Atlanta Water Works Corp. (operating as EcoWater of Atlanta) has joined the Wrench family and will partner with the Coolray brand to expand water-quality services across metro Atlanta. The deal expands Wrench Group’s residential water-treatment capabilities and enables AWW’s products and services to be offered at Costco locations in the region.

The transaction, announced April 8, 2019, will transfer ownership of the Wrench platform to LGP to support continued national expansion and growth; terms were not disclosed.
