Atos Acquires Processia

Atos has agreed to acquire Processia, a Canada-headquartered Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system integrator and Dassault Systèmes Global Service Partner. The acquisition adds ~250 professionals to Atos, strengthening its PLM and engineering solutions capabilities and expanding its footprint in North America and Europe to support manufacturers’ Industry 4.0 transformations.

ATS Corporation to Acquire Paxiom Group

ATS Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Paxiom Group, a Montreal-based provider of primary, secondary and end-of-line packaging machines serving food & beverage, cannabis and pharmaceutical customers. Paxiom generated approximately $67 million of revenue and adjusted EBITDA margin above 19% in calendar 2023, employs roughly 200 people, and will join ATS' Products and Food Technology business; the deal is expected to close in Q3 2024 with funding from cash and the company's revolving credit facility.

Accenture Acquires SYSTEMA

Accenture has acquired SYSTEMA, a Dresden-based provider of software solutions and consulting services for manufacturing automation, including deep expertise with semiconductor manufacturers. The SYSTEMA team of more than 240 employees will join Accenture's Industry X practice to expand Accenture's manufacturing automation, MES integration and industrial data/analytics capabilities in Germany and Europe; terms were not disclosed.

Elemica has acquired ProcessWeaver, a multi-carrier parcel TMS provider, and will integrate its parcel shipment execution and carrier-compliance features into Elemica’s Digital Supply Chain Network and Eyefreight TMS. The acquisition gives Elemica clients access to ProcessWeaver’s carrier network and ERP integrations, expanding Elemica’s transportation management capabilities to cover parcel, LTL and multi-modal shipments.
