Accenture Acquires Eclipse Automation

Accenture has completed its acquisition of Eclipse Automation, a Cambridge, Ontario–based provider of customized manufacturing automation and robotics solutions. The deal integrates Eclipse's ~800 professionals into Accenture’s Industry X digital engineering and manufacturing practice to expand Accenture’s factory automation, robotics and smart-manufacturing capabilities.

Accenture has completed its acquisition of SKS Group, a Germany-based consulting firm that helps banks across Germany, Austria and Switzerland modernize technology and meet regulatory requirements using SAP S/4HANA. Approximately 500 SKS Group professionals join Accenture Technology; financial terms were not disclosed.

Atos Acquires Processia

Accenture Completes Acquisition of umlaut

Accenture has completed the acquisition of umlaut, an engineering consulting and services firm headquartered in Aachen, Germany. The deal (terms not disclosed) brings more than 4,200 engineers and consultants across 17 countries into Accenture's Industry X practice to expand its engineering, digital and sustainability capabilities across automotive, aerospace & defense, telecommunications and energy markets.

TeamSystem Acquires Sellsy

The deal strengthens TeamSystem's presence in France and Spain and expands its Lead-to-Cash capabilities; PSG Equity will exit its investment in Sellsy.

Accenture Acquires Axis Corporate
