Encore, a global event production and technology company headquartered in Schiller Park, Illinois, has acquired Eclipse, a Beckenham, United Kingdom–based creative technical production firm founded in 1988. The acquisition strengthens Encore's presence and capabilities in the UK market—adding Eclipse's production, scenic and in-house creative expertise and venue relationships with London hotels and stadiums.

Accenture Acquires Ocelot Consulting

Accenture has acquired Ocelot Consulting, a St. Louis-based cloud consultancy that specializes in full-stack development, data engineering, data science and cloud modernization. The roughly 100-person Ocelot team will join Accenture’s Cloud First/AWS Business Group to expand Accenture’s AWS engineering and data capabilities in the U.S. Midwest; financial terms were not disclosed.

Two Sigma Impact Acquires Eclipse Advantage

The acquisition (terms undisclosed) follows Eclipse's growth under Longshore Capital Partners and will support expansion of digitally-powered workforce analytics and tools to improve employee retention and operational productivity.
