The deal is an add-on to TSS’s platform (operating under Technical Solutions Holdings) and expands TSS’s Midwest presence and service capabilities.

The deal expands TSS's geographic presence in the Research Triangle and is the sixth acquisition by TSS since being acquired by LLCP in 2022.
