(MFI), a Sanford, Florida-based cleanroom testing and certification firm that serves pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical customers. The acquisition gives TSS an established Florida presence as it expands its TSS Family of Companies footprint along the U.S. east coast and broadens its testing, certification and contamination-control capabilities.

The deal expands TSS's geographic presence in the Research Triangle and is the sixth acquisition by TSS since being acquired by LLCP in 2022.
