Digital Wholesale Solutions Acquires Giacom from Livingbridge

Digital Wholesale Solutions (DWS) has acquired Giacom, a UK cloud services marketplace, from private equity owner Livingbridge; minority shareholder LDC also exited. Giacom provides cloud software, infrastructure and managed services to IT consultants and more than 70,000 SME end users via its channel platform; DWS said the deal will unlock additional channel opportunities across converged IT and unified communications.

1WorldSync Acquires Swogo

1WorldSync, a provider of omnichannel product content solutions backed by Battery Ventures, has acquired Swogo, an e-commerce product bundling and recommendation technology provider. The acquisition brings Swogo's bundle optimization capabilities and European footprint (United Kingdom and Portugal offices) into 1WorldSync's platform to drive increased upsell and cross-sell for retail customers.

ECOMMERCE ONE Acquires Gambio

Oakley Capital-backed portfolio company ECOMMERCE ONE has acquired Bremen-based Gambio, a cloud shop system provider used by over 25,000 online retailers in the DACH region. Gambio will operate under the ECOMMERCE ONE umbrella and remain independent, complementing the group's existing multichannel and e-commerce software offerings.

Emplifi Acquires Go Instore

CPGIO Acquires ShoppingGives

Torpago Acquires Wishlife Technologies

FinTech spend management platform Torpago has acquired Wishlife Technologies (owned by Innovative Technology Group) in an all-stock deal to integrate Wishlife’s secure video communications and content management technology and engineering team. The acquisition brings Wishlife’s CTO Lei Wang into Torpago and aims to accelerate Torpago’s product roadmap and technology capabilities as the company expands following a recent $77 million financing package.
